We’ve given the mule a festive, Caribbean twist by swapping clear vodka for Bacardí Gold rum. The Ginger Snap is perfect for Thanksgiving—a true snap to make for guests before or after dinner. It is also great to serve at any other holiday soirée.
Ginger Snap
1 1/2 ounces Bacardí Gold rum
3 ounces ginger ale
slice of lime (“wheel”) for garnish
Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour in the Bacardí Gold rum and ginger ale. Mix gently. Garnish with a lime wheel.
