Castro residents Joseph Fernicola and Maurice Chang celebrated their marriage at San Francisco City Hall on Wednesday, November 21. They were joined, on Friday evening, November 23, at Hamburger Mary’s for a reception with cocktails and great food in addition to much toasting and dancing. All of us at the San Francisco Bay Times extend congratulations to the newlyweds!
