Electric Avenue
1 1/2 ounces Bacardí Gold Rum
1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1/3 ounce ruby port
mint sprig for garnish
Pour the first 4 ingredients into a highball glass with crushed ice. Churn to mix. Top with port. Garnish with a mint sprig.
