San Francisco Opera on June 26, 2026, held its annual Pride Concert, which this year featured music by Michael Tilson Thomas, Gounod, Giordano, Offenbach, Terence Blanchard, Michael Abels, Stephen Schwartz, k.d. lang, Brandi Carlile, Luther Vandross, Stevie Wonder, and more. The evening was hosted by Sapphira Cristál, with soloists Nikola Printz, Melody Moore, and Reginald Smith, Jr. It also included a pre-concert talk, the Rainbow Pride Flag Project, educational displays from the GLBT Historical Society, quilt panels from the National AIDS Memorial, and a post-show dance party with Juanita MORE!
